This Privacy Policy explains how Impact by Anna Scoby (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit annaimpact.com, complete our Product Health Check, book a call, or otherwise interact with us (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact details such as your name, email address, and phone number.
Your answers to the Product Health Check questionnaire (for example, information about your program, audience, pricing, and goals).
Anything you send us directly, such as messages or booking details.

Information collected automatically

Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and general location (city/region level).
Data collected through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising identifiers.

2. How we use your information

To provide the Product Health Check and show your results.
To respond to you, schedule and hold your call, and send the lesson and related follow-ups you requested.
To send you relevant emails about our services (you can unsubscribe at any time).
To measure, maintain, and improve the Services.
To run and measure advertising, including on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and to show relevant ads.
To protect against fraud and misuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, understand how it is used, and improve it. We work with the following types of third-party tools:

Analytics — for example Microsoft Clarity and, where enabled, Google Analytics, to understand site usage.
Advertising — for example the Meta Pixel, to measure ad performance and show ads to people who may be interested in our services (including retargeting).
Scheduling — Calendly, to let you book a call.
Email delivery — SendPulse, to send the report, the lesson, and related follow-ups.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through your ad platform settings (for example, your Facebook/Instagram ad preferences) and industry tools such as optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as needed to run the Services:

Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as hosting, email delivery/CRM, scheduling (Calendly), and analytics providers.
Advertising partners such as Meta, to measure and deliver ads. Some of this activity may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain state laws (see Section 7).
Legal and safety — where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, communicate with you, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

U.S. residents (including California)

Depending on your state, you may have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how we use it; access or receive a copy of it; request correction; request deletion; and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

8. Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-party links

Our Services may link to third-party sites and tools that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
